How We Process Your Order

All our canvas wall art is printed to order, which means production begins as soon as your order is confirmed. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your item to be produced and dispatched.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 5 to 7 business days

European Union: 5 to 10 business days

Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, or factors outside our control such as courier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before you confirm your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

International Orders and Customs

For orders outside the United Kingdom, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@picture-master.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@picture-master.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
