Our Returns Window

We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it -- unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@picture-master.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right. We take quality seriously and will always work to resolve any problems quickly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised items, including all canvas wall art printed to order, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is because each piece is made specifically for you. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order.

European Union -- 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
